Radwan, Marwan and Houssam Kaoun brought a Beirut trade to the UAE and have spent more than twenty years on the floor of it. Fifteen thousand clients later there are two rooms, one inside a hotel in Barsha Heights and one on the second level of The Galleria in Abu Dhabi, with the same rule in each. Nobody starts work until somebody has told you honestly what your hair can hold. It costs time and it occasionally costs the booking. It is also the reason clients name their stylist by first name four years in.

A screened area away from the main floor for veiled clients, at both branches. Say the word when you book and it is ready when you arrive. No explaining at the desk.
The consultation is free
Before every colour service, and before anything is mixed. Our Abu Dhabi reviews use the phrase "honest approach", which usually means somebody was told what would not work. We would rather do that.
People stay
Twenty years, fifteen thousand clients, and a review that reads "four years, will never change". Ask for the stylist by name. Most of our clients do.

Questions we get asked
Is there a private section for veiled clients?
Yes, at both branches. It is a screened area away from the main floor, and clients raise it in our reviews often enough that we would rather say it here than make you ask. Tell us when you book and it will be ready.
Do I pay for a colour consultation?
No. Every colour service starts with a free consultation, and it happens before anything is mixed. We look at the condition your hair is in, what it can hold, and what the upkeep will be, then we quote you. If the answer is that today is not the day, we will say that too.
Are both branches ladies only?
Yes. Marwan & Radwan in Barsha Heights and Imagea Beauty Bar at The Galleria are both ladies-only salons.
Do your prices include VAT?
All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT. Colour, treatment and extension prices vary with length and condition, so your stylist confirms the final figure at consultation, before any work starts.
How do I book?
WhatsApp is fastest, and it is how most of our clients book. Pick the branch you want on any Book button and it opens a message to that branch with the details already filled in. You can also call either branch directly during opening hours.
Do you speak Arabic?
Yes. The salon is Lebanese-run and Arabic is spoken on the floor at both branches, alongside English. This site is available in both.
